    The good thingsThe company offered an opportunity for the staff to growth beyond their pay grade to exposed the staff with various type of jobscope and to educate the employee on the importance of multitasking skill in delivering the best services to the client's.
    The challengesThe company did provide a market salary rate but offered a lower benefit in term of medical coverage. The employee are suggested to subscribe to their own insurance policy.
