    The good thingsLearn and involved in a lot of new things in a short time period. Good for making experience only.
    The challengesNo work & life balances. Difficult to get leave. Work in a very tight schedule (have to overtime). have to work on Sunday (straight 13 days working, no life) and have to work on public holiday even when the company had declared it as holiday at first (cancel holiday last minutes)

    The good thingsFriendly Colleagues Fast Learning Path as you need to complete few things by yourself alone Many projects ongoing and you might find one near your current stay anytime.
    The challengesOnly come into this company if you are single/divorce, totally no life balancing Low Pay, Low Bonus, Low EPF, Low SOCSO (As they paying you lesser basic and give you back in terms of allowance, so they can skip some taxes and payments for your future benefits) No insurance provided No green card Like to play threaten style of works, hold payment, hold OT. Slow wages Always more than 2 job scopes of Multi Tasking such as Site Supervisor & Store Keeper & Contract Executive and etc. Don't expect any benefits as there're no any benefits available Very calculative company

    The good thingsgot higher salary. Able to learn new things and good communication with all the colleague in the site. Got many benefit in term of EPF & SOCSO, annual leave and higher pay of overtime
    The challengesto make sure meet the target work in one day. have to make sure all the goods been moved safely and properly.

    The challengesWork in a very tight schedule (have to overtime). have to work on Sunday (straight 13 days working, no life) and have to work on public holiday even when the company had declared it as holiday at first (cancel holiday last minutes). Salary rate is VERY low to work under this circumstances . All your time sacrifices feels like not being appreciated. Uncompassionate management.

    Its a great experience as the staff are friendly and very hardworking.
    The good thingsI am free to explore and study anything related to the project and the company itself. My supervisor has supervise me very well and the staffs also give supports for me in order to learn and gain the working experience in the project. They allowed me to conduct my site visit with the subcontractor in order to collect more data and identify any problems occur.
    The challengesthe teamwork need to be improved between the staffs. All staff should show some respects to each other and accept others opinion.

    GOOD WORKING ENVIRONMENT
    The good thingsThe good thing in this company, I have a good teamwork than can cooperate with. We helping each other in making the progress run smoothly. This is a 'baby' company that grown up too fast. It has a few on going project in Klang Valley & Cyberjaya.
    The challengesLess holiday. Most of Public holiday in calendar had been cancelled by management. You need to work even it is Sunday and public holiday. In some part of you job... you must show your work and \"kipas bos\" or others will stab your back. Last... gaji masuk lambat jugak T_T
