Delusional, century old management, mental health be damned.Positive
Clean environment, parking provided, safe
Negative
Horrible work life balance expects one to be available 1 hour before and after work starts and end. Why? Because someone might need to see you. Located in jalan puchong going home at 6 or 7pm, imagine the traffic. Rather than assessing based on body of work done, extra hours spent in office is prioritized but not going into OT because that means extra pay.
Last century management style. Politics off the charts, messed up once and watch the head of hr consistently try to find ways to get rid of that unfortunate human.
Below average compensation, shop around before taking this company seriously.

Good Opportunity for Fresh Graduates
The good thingsGood opportunity for fresh graduates to learn many things about construction. Need to be independent cause nobody will guide you and work multitasks
The challengesLower salary, not equivalent with our job scope given. Good for fresh graduates but bad for long term career development.
