    The good thingsA lot of things to learn in this company as an intern. Exposure to site management and site work, hands-on inspection with the client is valuable experience.

    The challengesThere is a weird culture that force employees to do OT even though you had done your work. Terrible working environment. Nobody leads you, all of the things you have to learn by yourself.
