    Small and Professional
The good thingsThe company is a small firm but they allow you a lot of room to grow. Things are done efficiently and with good knowledge of the industry.
The challengesSome of the directors don't care at all, and other directors care a lot.

    Good Company Culture
The good thingsNo company politics, bosses are OK and staff is friendly. The seniors and directors will teach you a lot about structural engineering. Working hours are not too bad, sometimes when rushing for deadline for a big job there will be a few weeks OT.
The challengesThe company is quite old so sometimes it has too many ways of doing the same thing until I'm confused which way to use. Sometimes even the seniors are not sure... The company is old so the office interior also is old, then the area in sunway is also old so the traffic is horrible especially when going home.
