    When age become 4+++, its a better place to enjoy a working until pention..
    The good thingsEnvironment is good/superior is good/working collegues is good/inter-team can help each other/good place for fresh grad to gain experience
    The challengeslow salaries increment/no allowance to shift employee/no worklife balance/working culture always blaming each other rather than make improvement/always pushing here pushing there like world will end tomorrow/so many drama in production line/messy management/always relying on 'key guys' rather than relying on team/not care too much about team attendance.

    The good thingsI enjoy working here during my trainee due to friendly workers and good facilities. Plus, I gained so many knowledge about electronics devices that I may not learnt in my university.
    The challengesI don't find any difficulties working here since the operators, technicians, supervisor and the senior engineer are very helpful.
