    The good thingsi was so please that we have a good & undertanding managing director, he's not only handling admin, account and even sales supporting. From his guidance, that made personal self-growing improve tremendously. i felt great and i've worked with them up to 13 years.
    The challengesProducts' demonstration with actual products without any preparation. Analyze & develop new sales & marketing strategy. Most of time work without supervision but it improve in self-discplin. New products are usually being lauched once a month,

    The good thingsLovely managers that hv very great problem solving skills. Make our life easy! Everyday i am very happy to go to work coz of busy at work that make time passed really fast yet enjoyed very much by learning frm wonderful managers! They always teach us with patient! They make Keyence a very good place to work for! Good Japanese company with great systematic flow for everyone to follow easily! I love Keyence!

    The good thingsits good to work. fun colleague.great benefits. good place to train your skill and adapt to structured company. great pay. very rewarding and self satisfaction is always there. though abit stressful but its all worth it at the end of the month
    The challengeshectic work load. always work till late. they seek continuos improvement which is good. not much of a bad thing to say. just that the work culture is like japan. its one of the toughest company to work in japan. howevor good place to train and improve yourself
