    Best Environment, but boring
    The good things- Good Culture - Friendly and supportive colleagues - Work-Life Balance (Has WFH, but need to discuss with manager) - All the work procedures are listed down in order to ensure perfection - Using Japanese Language on communication - Daily Meal Allowance - Different kind of canteen food day to day - Might stay until retire if the time allows
    The challenges- The job might be boring from time to time if there is no or less order, old folk home I would say - Less challenging, if you want challenging job involving cross functional communication, this position might not be a good choice - Slow increment - Japanese working style, might need time to adapt

    The good thingsGood team member, everyone works in slow pace, friendly and helpful and can easily move things forward...in a slow pace too.
    The challengesDon't expect flexibile and hybrid work environment here, and there has no work life balance. The management policy on work mode is exactly like a local company, things that you see in normal MNC won't have in here, benefit on optical and dental is minimal.
