    The good thingsFriendly and cooperative staffs. Management does not manage the job efficiently and frequently looking for staff faults. Unfair due to the management have their own power but does not hear staffs ideas and complaints.
    The challengesChange entirely the management line up. Low salary paid and does not refer to qualification level. Extra task given are not paid.
