    The good thingsyou can gain experience a lot in this company, due to the shortage of staff. eve the engineer will teach you how's thing was done and everything you need to now about Civil Engineering.
    The challengesThe difficulties that i found was lack of work and life balances i have to do a lot of Over time work but yet it's under pays.
