    Assisting the team on preparing weekly invoice submission, staff claim, courier and other related tasks for the division.
    The good thingsMy supervisor taught me that treating people well, in the long run, leads to better overall performance and a happier work environment. I admired her a lot. She was a great motivator, especially when it was crunch time.
    The challengesworking here is really rewarding experiences for me. Working here, the important is to be able to learn fast, absorb the information fast and multitasking. apart from that, we need to be alert for the instruction and to understand the process very well when completing the task given.

    Good experience!
    The good thingsI learned a lot while interning in Khazanah. The work culture is professional but also focus very much on teamwork. My head of department and office colleagues are very supportive in providing guidance. I was well exposed in the field I am interested in.
    The challengesIf the company can focus on providing a structured internship programme for students, it'll be great! It's a good opportunity to gain experience in Khazanah, so if there's a programme where more students are made aware of the opportunity it'll definitely provide good exposure.

    Too good to be true
    The good thingsI was impressed with the 1st day experience I had in Khazanah. Structured orientation, had my things ready when i reached my workstation (laptop, blackberry, namecard, organizer, tools to start working). A pool of intelligent people, good knowledge sharing, great working environment, transparency in communications

    The good thingsThis is the company where you may learn many new thing. this is the place to get know many social network people. you may deal with a lot of foreigner. the perk and benefit is the best among any company in Malaysia.
    The challengesEvery company you go, you may find the challenges. this company will make you learn how life is it. you will need to do a lot of thing which you didn't expect to do that. but at the end you will thank to the company for giving you the great experience for you to move on. thanks

    The good thingsKNB has a flat reporting structure. The salary and benefits are on the high side. They have Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) besides the normal bonus. The location is also nice, KLCC and KL Sentral Working time is quite flexible Most of the alumni from KNB will be able to get outside job offers quite easily.
    The challengesSometimes you need to work long hours when deadline is near. Going to work is a bit difficult as traffic in KLCC is always heavy. Food in KLCC area is expensive. Difficult work life balance due to work requirement. Work pressure can sometimes disturb your daily life. Staff relationship sometimes not as good.

    The good thingsPerks include days of medical insurance for family members, staff development education fund and a flexible work schedule & provided access to gym center . Also, free domestic vacation with family members, 21 days of annual leave as well as regular team happy hours and on site childcare centre. The best thing is the company's atmosphere is described as \"chilled\" and \"beautiful view.\"
    The challengesMost competitive job and high expectation in the work force, given that employee are more control over what they do and those perks that allow people to work longer and longer on site.

    The challengesToo much bureaucracy, no work life balance. Meetings with internal staff are often held to accommodate superior's schedule long after working hours. Tight deadlines. Work first family last culture.

    The good thingsThe work ethic is very good and teamwork is essentially a natural thing in Khazanah Nasional. Although salary range is considered average or at par with the market, the company offers excellent benefits for its staff - well-being of staff and their families are taken care of, personal and professional development is encouraged.
    The challengesWork-life balance needs improvement. The long working hours are a bit stressful and impede quality time with family.
