    Receive exposure of work methods for preparation in the work environment.
    The good thingsA relaxed work environment and a friendly staff. In addition, I also gained experience in working in the office, looking at how to work in factories and arranging warehouse items. With a weekly birthday celebration for staff, it inspires employees and employees to feel rewarded for working there.
    The challengesThe use of different software by the department makes it difficult for me to meet management requirements. So I have to study other computer software to meet the requirements.

    The good thingsPeople are friendly but that where is ends. Despite the friendly nature there are underlying behaviors which are reflective of baby boomer mentality.
    The challengesBeing told and assured on getting a working visa only to be told no in the end. Their so called "ideals" which are presented in during the bootcamp for new comers to the organization a complete facade
