    The good thingsLots of experiences and knowledge to be gains during the career progress here. Company hugely generous to provide their workers with learning and exploring in any type of fields (lots of training provided).
    The challengesPoor and lacks of leadership from management side. Hard work does not promise good payment or appreciating (only selective choice of people will be holding the position certain position and inappropriate corporate ladder structure for mid management).

    mechanical engineer in KJC and based in Vietnam factory
    The good thingsThis is rather a stable company because it is big and public-listed. If employees do not mind the salary, it could be a long term employment.
    The challenges(1) since it is long term employment, in that sense, many senior superiors are those worked in KJC many years. of course, they are unlikely to leave except retirement. therefore, for junior, it would be very super long ladder to climb. (2) it is stable and public listed company, therefore KJC has their own salary raking system, just like Japanese-based companies, the salary quite low.
