friendly environmentThe good thingsstaffs are friendly, especially general manager and doctors are all welcoming.
learn new things and gain experience .
The challengesit is actually operating like a clinic instead of medical centre which everyone , no matter which position u applied to, has to multitask other than your specialised field which wasnt informed during interview, i.e pharmacy dispenser, taking medical record of patient while entering, answering phone call, deal with patient queries, besides there's also admin works allocate to you i.e patient data entry, alot different type of entries. which i think better hire a admin executive to handle.
because everyone has to multitask, some staffs know there will be someone theresome suddenly gone missing for personal issues, then others have to cover. it's a bad culture.
