    The good thingslunch provided helpful colleague but really depend on which department you are in
    The challenges1.no career growth 2. salary is separated into basic and PI, PI will be deducted based on the company performance index and also management review. 3.unlimited job task, and things are always urgent 4.typical China company where favouritism is very obvious 5.Very strict company with no flexibility

    It is fun and gain a lot of experience within a short period of time because QA team is so helpful.
    The good thingsEnjoy wokring with the QA team. they taught me a lot of things as i am a fresh graduate and have zero knowledge about Quality Assurance. My employer which is my engineer is so professional because of his skill and he is a humble person. the team here are very good, fun, and enjoyable.
