It was a great experience working in Kidocode. The environment is very much friendly and casual. We get to work with kids from different age groups and it makes working here really fun and exciting. The management is great too, they are always there to assist when neccessary and grow together as a Kidocode family.
The good thingsTaking care of the staffs well being and keep motivating time to time.
The challengesThe working hours might be a little challenging but its manageable as we have work in a team to help each other out

    My experience in Kidocode
The good thingsThere are many good things I gained here. There are too many, so I try my best to summarise them 1. I learned more on soft skills and teamwork 2. I got new skills as a teacher 3. I gain new friends 4. I got to develop and refine my skills especially in programming there are many more skills I've gained. The coworkers are really great, and teaching students can be a new passion. I never thought about becoming a teacher before, but after working here, that became my new passion. I even started developing new things to teach students and help other trainers. Without a doubt, Kidocode have helped me grow not only in terms of programming, but also as a person and socially
The challenges1. The only challenge I faced was with some students, but that is only sometimes. I overcome that by learning different ways to teach different studednts

    Too much micromanagement and overthing
The good thingsOnly claims and free car park for all staff
The challengesThe management practice micromanagement as they do not trust your works. They always overthink on simple things where they jeopardise their staffs' performance. Plus, too politics in company which is unhealthy.
