    The challengesManagers are annoying. They are always unsatisfied with everything you do. Their job scope is literally finding people’s fault. Even if you do slight mistakes, they will take your pictures and send to groups instead of explaining to you right away. So inefficient. You have to pretend you are busy all the time even when there are no customers…….but the managers are just walking around and do nothing lol

    The good thingsI enjoyed the learning process and the work I had to do. I also like spending time with children so the job was really fun and eventful.
    The challengesThe staff at this company were not friendly and often stayed in groups. They are not welcoming of new workers and when it comes to guiding workers they are not good at all. I had to learn the job by myself at the time. They also did not pay me according to the salary posed at the beginning of the job and gave me my salary late.

    The good thingsThey provide many training for the workers. Have a good bonding here. Really fun and joyful when working here. Working time 8.30 am - 5.30 pm. Have a lot activity are provided.

    The good thingsThe working environment here is fun and lively. Great medical benefits. This place would suit those who are creative, fun, who love kids, serving customers and dancing! Awesome GM (aka Mayor). He has a great personality and great sense of humour. There's an Award and Recognition ceremony every quarter for all staff, to acknowledge their efforts and contributions. Amazing, amazing trainings by Employee Development team. There's a pantry/small canteen for staff to eat and buy food. A locker for all permanent staff.
    The challengesYou have to work 6 days a week, unless you're an Assistant Associate and above. EXTREMELY low salary for those in Zupervisor level. If you take 1 medical leave, a total of RM100 will be deducted from your salary, which is ridiculous. Extremely late promotion (good employees would leave).

    The good thingsI can dance and the same time i'm a choreographer for traditional dance. I am a makeup artist for freelance. Good handling customer and good in a customer services. 2 year to become a Customer Service Team Leader at work place. 2 year to become a normal staff to handling cash in cash office. Good in communication in Bahasa Malaysia (Good) and in English (Average) and i am Sarawakian and i also can speak in Bahasa Iban (extra)
