    Very bad and ridiculous management
    The good thingsSome colleagues are helpful but most of them love gossiping more than everything.
    The challengesYou need to entertain the relatives of bosses regardless who they are, as long as they are the relatives then you need to entertain them. They will give you some inexplicable things to do from time to time. All meeting conducted by them are basically anticlimactic a.k.a. just for fun. Most of the colleagues are very busy body and love gossiping. Only a few are helpful.

    Worse Workplace Ever
    The good thingsNo good working experience when working here.
    The challengesNo career development. Bad working environment. All office equipment are outdated. Worse top management. The most minimum employee benefits that you can imagine. No job training when you join in & you need to learn everything on your own.
