    The challengesTouch management, if you just want to get paid, spend time, and do just what you can do...then this is not the place for you.

    A good start to learn something.
    The good thingsPretty good and friendly colleagues, have a very conducive environment to work. Not in a very busy area, so no traffic jam. Sometimes, the company treats you for lunch on a busy day. On non-peak seasons you can leave the company on-time.
    The challengesDuring the peak season, it is normal to have no work-life balance. As the company expects you to work harder at that time. Have a tough management team and no deadlines for the work, as the works need to be done in relatively little time. You are expected to work outside of your job scope as there are no exact job descriptions. You are expected to give more than your salary or you not entitled to the bonuses.

    New and easy going company
    The good thingsCreative fashion company with loads of creative/innovative ideas, nice office and working environment, report directly to the founders so there's no office politics which is the best thing ever, easy going bosses. BONUS: If you are here not just for salary, but helping the company to grow..my boss will award us the super good bonuses!
    The challengesNew management is good or bad. Good is things are flexible, bad is the rules are not clear. For me, a little bit of stress, as there are too many works sometime as Overall is pretty awesome company, and i still working there!
