    The good thingsI had the opportunity to serve as the HR Executive for nearly a year, and it was a highly valuable experience in my career journey. The company fosters a professional yet friendly environment, where employees are encouraged to share ideas and collaborate across departments. I particularly appreciated the leadership’s openness to HR innovations and their commitment to employee development. During my time there, I learned several key HR initiatives, including talent acquisition strategy, policy enhancement, and digital HR system implementation. These experiences not only strengthened my skills in HR operations and compliance but also allowed me to work with a dedicated and capable team.
