    Luckily my project team and client was helpful. I resign with 100% of increment compare before.
    The good thingsIf Fresh grad this company will give an experience and survival skill.
    The challengesBenefit untuk staff hanyalah travel allowance zaman kuno,phone allowance macam pakai bill zaman 2004. Nak bagi bonus pun macam takmau bagi.Kalau dapat bonus sebulan dalam setahun akan dibahagi 3 supaya tak nak staff lari lepas dapat bonus.Typical company kedekut.Even most of the problem solved,those head of department wont notice your works.Last time i resign,sebulan before last date kena sign LOU dan email,server semua freeze pastu datang keje nak buat apa??

    If desperate to work n able to survive, then go ahead.. but 90% semua masuk kerja, terus nak resign
    The good thingsToxic betul. Rules semua set dari founder/ big bosses. Tak bole tahan dua muka managers.. suka2 polish shoes
    The challengesHigh turnover. Rasa tekan kerja dlm environment yg penuh cctv. Staff welfare kedekut, kerja berlambak gila. Meeting nonstop sampai after office hours! After kerja nak ambik anak pon kena gossip sbb si manager VO ask for report after work hours! No family value in this company.

    KALAU DPT CALL UTK INTVW SBB XDE APPLICANT. Intvw dgn Yvo nne yg sengaje lambat, kena tunggu 10-30min, intvw 10min sj. Staff yg msk kerja semua resign terus- x blh tahan kerja dgn dia, cara kerja mcm bos besar je. Ckp ini itu x blh, tapi sendiri x ikut.
    The good thingsJGN BUANG MASA. Kerja berlambak giler. X blh lewat, x blh balik ikut masa. Hari minggu pon kena kerja, jwb msj. Ofis politik, ketuk sinisana. Sykt byk award, nmpk maju sbb anak bos sendiri kerja mktg dpt. Staff kena byr penalti, xde welfare - air, tisu tandas pon kedekut. Kena jimat, recycle.
    The challengesSelalu projet mtg tpi xde solution. Xde dept mtg tapi suka2 saja buat improvement yg padahal tau kerja x habis. Staff seorg saja yg kena buat semua kerja -adhoc (tiba2 suka2), 40xproject mtg minit setiap bulan. Kerja kuno kena kira quottn 1 per 1. Xde CRM. Doc sini sana, kena cari semua tmpt.

    Toxic workplace with favoritism, poor management, and no teamwork
    The good thingsHonestly, nothing stands out as good in this company, despite their awards, visions, and long history
    The challenges1. Salary inconsistent (1st–7th, no fixed date). 2. Penalty for lateness (2x/week). 3. Staff asked to fund company functions. 4. Office politics dominate; owners must be pleased. 5. Promotions via favoritism, not ability; managers often incompetent. 6. No respect for hierarchy—managers scold other dept staff. 7. Some misuse closeness with owners; late, dump tasks freely. 8. No teamwork—cliques rule; outsiders isolated. 9. Benefits restrictive (based on years/amount). 10. Probation staff get no medical/leave. 11. Daily reports required (like school). 12. Monthly appraisals add pressure. 13. Resignation = instant server access removal. 14. Forced removal from countless group chats (hundreds created just for show, not real work) 15. Extremely high turnover—new staff quit fast, seniors leave within 1–2 yrs. 16. Even with notice (e.g. 3 months), asked to leave early (compensation unclear).
