    Kingsley International is a great place to work and the benefits which include free meals can save our money and time.
    The good thingsWorking as a teacher at Kingsley International has been a rewarding experience. The school provides a positive and supportive environment for both students and staff. The administration encourages creativity and innovation in the classroom, allowing teachers the flexibility to tailor their teaching methods to meet students' needs. The diverse student body makes for an enriching cultural exchange, and I’ve had the opportunity to grow professionally through various training programs and workshops.
    The challengesThe workload is high and expectations for extracurricular involvement can be high too which sometimes makes work-life balance challenging.

    The challengesMoney-making machine school. All they want is money! Do not think they will take care of your child. Business first, customer first. Teachers last!

    The good thingsIt's funny that the language use and writing style of all reviewers appear to be very much alike - could it be the same person? Why would they do that, anyway? Very fishy, no?

    The good thingsHave been to many schools and this is the best so far. Great Management team, Principals, HODs. Everyone work very closely. Love the Zumba.. drumming session for the staff... love love so much. Thank you for having me.

    No 100% perfect school but Kingsley is 95%
    The good thingsJust joined this school 2 months ago.. busy and trying to adapt to the system here also with high expectations. Good that I could able to catch up after 2 months. I like the school. Principal, HOD, colleagues and good Management team. If you are someone who wishes to challenge yourself to meet higher expectations, this will be the right school for you.
    The challengesStrict and have to be very efficient. High expectation. Tomorrow's work must be completed today.

    The good thingsGlad to join the new team. Induction for new teachers very well organized. Thank you to HR. Feel glad. There are 8 new classes open this academic year therefore a total of 18 of us attended Induction. Very good environment. HODs are helpful. Principal is approachable.

    Positive Work Environment
    The good thingsGood teamwork. I have been trying to re-apply and finally have a chance to rejoin the company. All work well together. I don't think Kingsley a place of gossiping as the Management expectation is very high. Whether you are teachers or staff. All always busy with work. Breakfast and lunch is provided. Medical benefit, dental benefit and also the staff wellness program. We are encouraged to attend training etc.
    The challengesVery busy. Always chasing the deadline for job completion also to achieve the KPI. If you are independent, care about performance, and discipline, you would be able to survive. Otherwise, this may not be a company for you.

    The good thingsI had never experienced working in a workplace where I have a feeling that working place is my 2nd home. I found it and thank you for Kingsley taking me in as a family member. Being of a family member, my food my health was being taken care and I have no worry that I have not enough money to have my breakfast & lunch. Always encourage staff for training.
    The challengesWork is challenged as high standard and expectation by the Management. I like the local Management how the local Management treats the staff and takes care of the staff. I hope changes of the Owner will not bring many changes as what Kingsley is and used to be.

    The good thingsI am glad to join Kingsley. Very caring, supportive, and hands-0n. CEO, HR and Operations team are very helpful and supporting each other. Glad to be part of the team. Management value you if you really care and deliver your good job. Teacher could leave after school.
    The challengesPandemic situation.. Hybrid teaching. Extra time needs to be spent to guide weak students. Still manageable.. hopefully, Covid disappear totally.

    The good thingsSo far no pay cut. Management team trying to explain why no bonus this year. Food still provides. I think we should work together to support local management who try the best.
