    The good thingsSalary consider okay after confirmation, but increment depend on your level of multi-tasking, the more job you took then the better your increment.
    The challengeskeep changing decision from top to low. Need to know which people need to gang with, or else will be disaster. Uncertain everyday which don know when will being scolded. But all this depend on which department you are
