    The higher the position, the more pressure
    The good thingsbeing given full responsible on everything on your job. Able to advance or promote fast if result is seen. Staff are working well with each other whereby team work is being seen.
    The challengesHOD on each dept should assist others dept from time to time especially dept with less staff. Top management give more attention to one individual outlet that is making more sales whereby neglected other dept therefore occur demotivate on the staff.
