Can be improve better if EQ
The good thingsI do able to get my hands on a few new things. Able to set up new system and train you to be extremely resourceful.
The challengesNothing is in place. The lady boss do not care about your view or let you work toward the end goal which they set. Always sceptical of what you have done. But keep handing other department task for you to do. When you require to set up system. As you do basic task. When you do basic task will be scold for doing it and ask you to do management task and etc because you will have 2 boss with different viewpoint (husband and wife).
