    Not the worst, but not the best either.
    The good thingsParking and meals are free. Petrol allowance provided. Pretty good working environment. Generally the colleagues are nice.
    The challengesMicromanaging at its best. Lack of trust from management. You hardly ever get to call the shots or make any decision of your own. But once a mistake is made, all the responsibility is yours.

    The good thingsGreat opportunity for advancement if mindset is all the time at agile mode. A great place to continuously give improvement suggestions and witness some of our very own ideas being supported and implemented.
    The challengesManagement is demanding and very detailed oriented. Directions and decisions changes often. If you want career progress here, need to be receptive and meet these fast changing detailed demands.

    The good thingsA lot of technical experts in here. Great for starting out your career. Knowledge sharing culture is common here. Almost all experienced workers here have quite deep understanding of all the process.

    A good company to start a career
    The good thingsGood working environment, career development, training for enhance skill and knowledge, good for future development, yearly bonuses and have good incentive for worker. A very stable and establish company which provide some scholarship for local university. Also involved in corporate social responsibility and active in employees welfare.
    The challengesCompany have several branch which produce almost similar product. Each branch have to produce their best product and share the activities and achievement for others to follow. Each employees will be trained to have more than one skill to make sure they are competitive and can work all around the company. The company have to meet customer demand without sacrifice any quality aspect.

No hiding about company financial status as also involve in budget, manufacturing cost even profit & loss. Opportunity to went oversea for training even though you only an operator. Working independent with less supervisor. Most important result & fast action towards problem
