    The good thingsNo toxic environment and people at all. Everyone is helpful and good to each other. The director and managers always care and help to achieve sales target. Eventho you are still new,they will try their best to help you.
    The challengesSometimes,you have no motivation. High pressure makimg sure people wanna buy the products. Slow career growth but okay for 1st career i guess.
