    No career advancement
    The good thingsConducive working environment.
    The challengesLack of communication between department and staff. Everyone only thinking about themselves and you won't grow in this company no matter how long you've been working unless you are good with the top management. No career advancement for normal staff, you will be the same you from day 1 you join the company. If you are not satisfied with certain things, your voice is always unheard.

    The good thingsA good place to work. Guidance and freedom are given by the superior. Less pressure and stress from job task.
    The challengesEqual opportunities are not given to new comer. Bias & Politics issue exist. Not advisable for experience job seeker to join. However, fresh graduate is advisable to join.
