    Trainee at MIS Application
The good thingsI was given an opportunity to capitalize my database and software development skills. I was treated like the permanent staff without any prejudice. The environment of my office is healthy full with positive vibes. If I faced any troubles, my colleagues are always kind and helpful to teach me.
The challengesSince I am just an intern, I usually need some time to adapt and learn the software use in this department. My knowledge in this area is little compared to the experienced staffs, however I am glad to have a direct learning process from them.

    Good Working Experience
The good thingsGood challenging working environment. Has a lot of areas for career advancement. The companies involved in varies industries which allow the employees to challenge themselves on personal abilities. After serving the companies for a period of time within the group, the management is able to determine more suitable jobs description (JD) according to particular employee's abilities and/or interests. The management even arrange particular courses for particular employee in terms of departmental or personal knowledge advancement. In order for that to happen one must have absolute commitment and hard works to gain the opportunity. When ever the employees willing to learn, the companies are willing to support and pursue to the success.
The challengesNot enough time to complete tasks assign by boss.

    Best place to gain experience
The good thingsA company which allowed employee to learn, grow from stage to stage as long as you willing to work hard. Learn thing from stretch, good learning process for fresh graduate with zero knowledge. You will learn about many thing. The working environment are fun after we've known each other.
The challengesMultitasking is the most important things here but it's quite hard to do multitasking in a short period.

The good thingsLocation is good and convenience. Restaurants nearby the office, event Halal food. Provide free lunch twice in a month although the food are so yucky.
The challengesA typical China man company, terrible management, terrible working environment, happened office blackout more than 3 times in a month. Always need to do out of my usual territory. Lack of parking space here, many restaurant and workshop are blocking the parking lots.
