    The challengesBad management, run by some sort of circus team. Not easy to tolerate with worker. working on saturday. public holiday minimum amount only. workload very bad arrangement.

    Good place to gain experience for career growth at any level.
    The good thingsNeed to be outliers to work here. Always put yourself in awareness for what going on. Sharping your critical and analytic thinking by problem solving and answering customer.
    The challengesLack of lead in production, need to study by self if problem happen. Time phase changing built is very fast, another revision after revision. Cosmetic rejection hard to control.

    best ever place to learn everything about manufacture
    The good thingshave a very good teamwork., help each other. quite difficult at the beginning but doing well at the end. nice environment. production is non-stop. keep learning fast about new things such as GD&T dimension. Lucky to have learn a CMM skill at kk metal. Boss are very nicely people. Learn how to do a PPR, NCR, Attend the customer meeting. Going out to see customer about the part complaint and do a discussion.
    The challengesNon stop production. need to keep the pace. There always has a new part and must do the FA Sample. have a 3000++ types of parts(metal,aluminium,zinc,steel,so on) need to achieve the target at the short term.
