    Not a good start but has potential
    The good things- A good team - An opportunity to showcase talent - Annual bonus - Employee discounts (Subsidiaries only) - Parking space provided - Comfortable working space
    The challenges- Changes are hard to make here. - Budget is difficult to obtain for company betterment. - Company drama is quite apparent here. - Benefits are very lackluster.
