    I worked as Assiastant Operation in private company.It was there, I learned how to manage stock in and stock out and make a daily report and I learned how to use microsoft excel properly.
    The good thingsMy employer is a good person. They provide many benefits such as caring for the welfare of staff, giving us attendance allowance, preparing our lunches, having a year-end vacation with employees and giving us bonuses.

    The good thingsmy supervisor always guide me when i was working in hotel department. they also give a good transport for me when they sent me to catering in Menteri Besar's House.

    Suitable for fresh graduate to gain experience
    The good thingsThe good bonding between employer and employees, including all staffs from different department. Good thing for you to start working with smile and big spirits among my colleagues. Besides that, Klana Resort Seremban is a very peaceful place and it is not noise like in the city. Its free parking for staffs and guests, and staff meal for free (unlimited;no coupon to be provide). So far, i was very happy to be a part of Klana Resort Seremban. Thank you :)
    The challengesThe premise is old, need a major refurbishment to keep customer coming. Much better if management can provide an ATM machine; easy for guests to withdraw money seems like the hotel is quite far from town (guest need to drive to the city, take around 5 minutes). Need to improve the security system for better prevention. Thank you.
