For the management side, especially big boss side, although the company not allow us to work for extended long hours (after working hours until late midnight), he will appreciate my style of working life.
The challengesWhen I reached to this company on my first day of working life, I found it something missing. I worked there for 5 months, but the administration does not provide me safety shoes, uniform and ear plug. I'm wearing normal business shoes inside the factory although I belongs to production department. Our production office locates at the top of transformers circuit board. There is no safety issues.
