    Security and stability is always top priority
    The good thingsIts always my ambition to enhance security to make sure all the system working in good condition. System enhancement is needed to make sure all the user will have a good working condition. Security enhancement is needed not for blocking hackers and brute force from outsiders.
    The challengesSecurity is too tight for some cases that involve family matters. Some of the time, security for the main entrance is overlooked. Less security for gym as the pass is not well taken care and could easily be taken from the cafe.

    The good thingsThe working environment is very conducive. There are many division of work and all the staffs work professionally. You can find many great friends although there are different age-based employees. The company often held a company trip with all the staffs.
    The challengesThe documents and papers are not organized enough as those documents were being arranged on the floor only which caused the office look a bit messy.

    The good thingsColleagues are good. You learn a great things and more advantages to involve in decision making process. They have a lot of activities for staffs. Same goes to benefits. The office is very convenient because it is very easy to get public transportation; even place to eat. They have flexible working hours and I really enjoyed it. The job is very structured which is based on your job description.
    The challengesYou have a tight deadline must follow because this company is part of Petronas group. Even on weekend or public holiday, you need to complete your tasks. A part of that, you need to complete your task ASAP or else you will missed the deadline. All information must be completed accurately.

    The good thingsThe organization had given the opportunity for the employees to gain knowledge by sending them for training. The organization also encourage the employees to venture into new technology or ideas. There is also a platform for the employees to improve their communication skills.
    The challengesThe environment is of course competitive. Thus, it is quite difficult for career advancement for a normal way. However, if the employees is willing enough to took up extra effort and responsibility, eventually the management will recognize.

    The good thingsHaving provided good exposures dealing with local and international consultants and contractors apart from ongoing training to suit the need of individual staff requirement. Good working environment and structured organisation.
    The challengesTo meet project deadline for the completion of the project. Having to work long hours but rewarding exposure and experiences with good reputable name in the industry.
