    Benefit and remuneration is good but for career and personal development still below expectation
    The good thingsThe benefit and remuneration package offered by KLCC is among the best. Good company to gain experience and surrounded by good colleagues.
    The challengesVery hard to be promoted and the increment when promoted is not as per expectation (not even up to 15% from current salary). Need to be the bosses favorite then easier for you to get the promotion. Too much politics and sometime it kills your motivation. Favoritism but depends on which departments. Some departments okay and transparent but some are not.
