MultitaskingThe good thingsI learnt a lot and not focus specifically to my speciality. I was exposed to a lot of knowledge and new experience. I able to broaden and expand my knowledge not just in Mechanical, but in other things such as Facility Management, Project Management, Procurement, HSE and Administration. Everyone is open minded and willing to help if i have any problem or trouble.
The challengesThe working environment with good colleague and boss. Flexibility and expose to a lot of things. The only challenge is to deal with 3rd party such as contractor and client. but with the help of my teammates, everything went well.
