    Competitive with potentials
    The good thingsRequested for higher expected salary (based on performance) and approved. Able to get exposed to different technologies. Strict boss but reasonable (sorry if you're lazy). Rewards for hardwork.
    The challengesRequired to think from multiple perspective when working on a task. Not enough team building activities. Overly result oriented. Little initiative from seniors or higher ups.

    Great working experience as I'm exposed to different situation
    The good thingsThe stress level is not high, friendly colleagues and superior, we work hard and play hard in this company. Its a great experience with lots of ups and downs at Kerry Logistics.
    The challengesAs I'm in the HR department, I'm required to know all my staff and also need to good in communication. As this company is a Hong Kong based company, many of us are required to speak in Cantonese. But we need to know other language such as well to make sure there is no communication barrier when we communicate with branches in other countries.
