Colleagues are friendly and supportive to each other. Top management love to treat for food. The company is growing, so you will get lots of exposure and learn new things. Sometimes, you do it starting from scratch, so you learn incredibly a lot. Awesome!!
The challengesYou are expected to work extra hours, of course because you have lots of works to do. The top management a bit calculative for spending something, unless you have strong reason, then you will get what you requested. You don't have proper role model or true guidance to implement new system/ things, so sometime you have to learn the hard way. You know what I mean. >_^
