    FUN AND CHALLENGING
    The good thingsManagement is very helpful with staffs and we have very open relationship in terms of work and problems arising. The working atmosphere is very lively and we do learn about each others work with regards to our work. We meet new people especially from Head Office and we have good relationship with them.
    The challengesThe biggest challenge would be to change the mindset of some staffs to be part of the team. There are staffs who keep things to themselves rather than highlighting the problems right from the very beginning. Lastly , service failures should be attended to immediately
