The good thingsIf you have a strong and push forward mindset then you are aligned to the goals of the company. It's still at the growing stage so it required a lot of improvement. Increased in salary with the market and increased dental & optical claims.
The challengesThere are two group of people. One is those who wants to push forward. Second is a group of people who always seek for negative aspect of things, complaint and influence rather than actually finding solutions and be part of creating a healthy environment.

Worse ever company, no work life balance

The challengesBecause it's a growing company, definitely there will be stress. Depend on people how they can react to it and adapt. If can, good for us if bad then they can't continue.

The good thingsNothing so enjoy. Just an average work & working environment. The benefit is only the 13th month salary. Other than that nothing.
The challengesArrange more activities for the employee. Do not force for an OT. Medical card to be hold by employee itself other than hold by HR. This will made difficulties if any emergency occurs. Employee would have their own opinion & the management should listen. The salary range should be review \"secara adil\".

HR ExecutiveThe medical card was previously hold by HR Department. This is because a number of employees has lost their own medical card. Since then, we have moved to digital medical card for faster hospital admission.
