    Stressfull and your opinion and contribution to the company holds NO VALUE.
    The good thingsNothing is every good bout the company. Only good is the prizes during the company dinner. Everything else... work-life balance, can go to the dump with it once you go here.
    The challengesdon't value the workers ideas and opinion. Listens to client more than their workers. Worse of all, some of the employees keep tabs on what the ex-employee is doing and then bad mouth to potential employers. Ask them not to hire and keep telling non-existence stories.

    It's just a big company name
    The good things- Flexible time - On time payday every month without late - great teammate
    The challenges-Very stressful work with a senior manager -Work Load and high expectation from Client because of the company brand -No pro-rate annual leave during probation. If want to leave must take unpaid leave. -If confirm must notice 3 months and not same with other executive level notice. - No proper guidance/handover by management team

    The good thingsEmployee engagement, good benefits, career development within the Company across the country, the supports that you receive from HQ are really good, you get to learn a lot, build your own growth and also see how far you can stretch.
    The challengesWork though is very fast paced. To chase the dateline sometimes is really hard due to time constrain.

    The good thingsExcellent team spirit and cooperation. Lacking the right management team. Key staff not appreciated but they remain loyal and committed. Has much room for improvement but management's objectives does not include HR involvement.
