    The good thingslots of learning curves I can learn. near my house within 10km. supportive bosses who willing to share n guide. nice colleagues. the best work environment I have so far. If you want career growth speak directly to your ceo n boss don't wait for it to happen.

    The good thingsExplore to oil & gas industry in deep. You might find a lot new knowledge regarding this industry. The company still aggressively growing and management have a long term growth plan. Working environment is pleasant, seldom have politic issue between colleague and department. This especially middle management, most of them are quite close to each others.
    The challengesPlanning on daily work for each department is quite bad and this causing a lot last moment request or a urgent recovering plan is required. To achieve this, work is un-effective but recovering must be done. Besides, high number of high management (or decision maker) have causing decision been delay and slow down work progress.

    The challenges- Poor and old-fashioned management - Stressful deadlines but minimal project progress - Office layout and design could be improved, especially on toilets and pantry - Delay of claim and salary - No bonus - No training and even if there is, it will require bonding with the company

    So call OnG Company
    The good thingsGood Place to learn to basic engineering design for Skid and Pressure vessel. The Location of the company is in strategic area where near to KTM serdang station, serdang bus station and Plus highway. The parking is cheap. No jam. Food choice is lot and cheap compare to KL.
    The challengesNo bonus for almost 10years, Increment peanut, Poor management, no medical card provided, turn over is very high, working environment is very very poor ( feel like sitting in tuition center), salary delay, claim delay, no extra benefits like gym, sports extra. Overall they dont care about the employee...
