    Good company to work for a long term, work life balance
    The good thingsThe benefit is very good compare to other company. Employee will enjoy a feast in every celebration. The working hour is flexible. Medical benefit very okay because no need to pay anything when you go to clinic. Good increment, have a company trip every year even a contract worker also can join. Bonus 2 times per year and got incentive in every quarter. Environment not too strict and employee free to move everywhere. The superior sometimes very helpful but still you need to be independently adapt with the environment. As for me, if I have a chance to work here again, I will stay until my retirement day. Hope to join the company again in the future. Many more to explore and gain a new experience.
    The challengesWorkload and need to explore everything by yourself. In terms of benefit, benefit are limited only to permanent staff. For contract worker, you only entitle for AL, medical benefit and company trip. Other than that only entitle for permanent staff. Usually hard to convert a trainee for permanent position even if you stay as a trainee for 2 years and already experience in handling the task. They only hired a candidate with experience more than 5 years. No opportunity for fresh graduate to have a permanent position. Maybe the management need to change their mindset that young worker cant handle the work because at the end of the day, the young worker are the one who can lead in the future.

    The challenges1.US MNC but local management style. Managerial position is more than the executive position made engineer level over loading with stress. 2. Top management direct giving pressure to engineer instead of manager, manager has no responsibility on the chaos. 3. Younger means more workload 4. Poor leadership for both top management and middle management

    Challenging environment with less appreciation
    The good thingsAble to learn new knowledge, learn how to deal with all sorts of people in the organization. Always have free food and vouchers. Everybody is good in acting.
    The challengesLack resources and have to manage tasks in a very challenging environment in a very short time. Wasted a lot of time for unnecessary meetings and consume most of your working time. When jobs are completed, there will be less appreciation or no appreciation at all. Staff health risks were not concerned at all during pandemic and put staff health at high risk who had not fully vaccinated booster to manage big screening within the company instead of hiring medical professional to handle. There were also a lot of non value added tasks involved.
