    The good thingsI think I enjoy the most about my job is making progress together with the team. We together overcome the challenges, and finding solutions as a team. Everyone is eager to share their learning / knowledge, grow together, and continuously improve together.
    The challengesFor me, the most challenging part of my job is dealing with suppliers. I need to think and write my words carefully to avoid misunderstandings. Other than that, everything else is good - the working environment is relaxed and not stressful, and communication among colleagues is smooth.

    Working here is an enjoyment!
    The good thingsThe boss provides us a good working environment with new equipments and facilities at our new office. The relationship between colleagues and supervisors are good too. It makes me feel very comfortable and enjoy working here.
    The challengesThe office and warehouse are based in different location. Sometimes, I need to travel about 10 minutes distance from office to warehouse to handle some tasks. Luckily, the travel distance still acceptable for me and not required to go so often also.

    The good thingsThe company offers a fantastic work environment. Everyone is willing to help each other, and communication between departments is smooth. I appreciate that the management opens to listen employees’ ideas, provides opportunities for growth, and making me feel valued in my role.
    The challengesBalancing cost, quality, and supply stability can be challenging, especially when unexpected issues arise. However, these experiences help me developed the effective problem solving and strong coordination skills.

    The good thingsThe people here are friendly and always willing to help each other out. The work environment is fast-paced, exciting, and there’s always something new to learn. Most importantly, the company is open to fresh ideas and welcome any kind of discussion.
    The challengesSince the company is growing, there are a lot of changes happening, which can sometimes be challenging to keep up with. But with a supportive team and open communication culture here, they accompany me to overcome the obstacles. This is a good learning experience for me!

    The good thingsThe most I like is the positive company culture with our very friendly and supportive teammates. We work hard together to create an enjoyable workplace, and the company always prioritizes quality and innovation, together seek for a better improvement.
    The challengesThe only one challenge for me is handling multiple tasks at the same time, especially during peak season. But it is also a great opportunity for me to learn and improve. Eventually, I manage to handle multiple tasks now!

    Never regret working at here!
    The good thingsVery happy to work with energetic and supportive teammates. The boss treats himself as an normal employee, and usually have lunch together and chatting with us.
    The challengesOur team here are very helpful and friendly. Willing to share the suggestions or solutions when we have some issues or problems. The only challenge for myself is taking some time to familiar with Chinese writing because seldom write Chinese in my past experience. Luckily, we have ChatGPT now!!
