    The good thingsThe leader is very ambitious and supportive. Company is expanding. Good benefit plan such as Optical, Dental, IT Gadget, Medical Check Up, etc for exempt staff & above.
    The challengesTwo new businesses setting up, quite challenging because everything is still in progress. But can see it as opportunity if success in the expansion.
