    The good thingsThe environment is good and people working there is so friendly, willing to teach and share knowledge no matter how many years working. Problems can be solved with good attitude of relationship between departments.
    The challengesin term of logistics, things that I saw that can be improved Kobe technically spent things that should not they spent. For example, changing signage within 5 years is unreasonable due to no faulty on the signage.

    The good things1. I've been placed in a department with such a diligent and supportive superior. Even though I didn't have the chance to directly been guide, but the independent job nature given by him have make me learn a lot of new things. Besides that, I have a very good colleagues who always support me. As a fresh graduate worker, KPTec have give me the challenge to build up m working experience.
    The challenges1. The challenges that I faced is to convince the top management. This may due to lack of working experience and exposure. Sometimes I feel scared to voice up my opinion as I fear of critiques. However I need to improve this in order to have great exposure during working here.

    The good thingsEmployer have a better system to hear a voice of employee issue and correct immediately. Better bonus and working environment. Flexible working time which is good for employee to adjust their working time.
    The challengesOnce you hold the responsibility, forever is yours. But sometimes this is a good for us to have respect from others due to our skill and know how. Another thing, this company have cross-functional responsibility which a good approach for us to have better skill and decision making.

    The challengesIts a Japanese company, but not a typically Japanese. It's a bit American Japanese company. So there are some rule that still tight like a Japanese company, and there are open for critical and analytical thinking on doing so tho and that. Have to participate in 3 committee, but its develop our self esteem and self confidence...

    The good thingsWorking at KOBE was a very enjoyment moment for me. Very good workplace, colleague and also all bosses are very kind even strict during working.
    The challengesBuild an indoor and outdoor sports arena, in house gym and shower. But a great mini stadium and indoor futsal pitch. It will be an attraction for new staff.

Safe and clean working environment. A company which practice fairness. Company which is open to ideas and provide platform for employee to share their grudges. Employee is paid according to performance.
    The challengesChallenges is not from internal but from external. With the current economy and technology, changes happened very fast. Things must move really fast to meet or exceed customer expectation. As technology changes, competitors are eating into the market shares. With minimum wages & GST legal requirement, organization are looking into better way to carry out day to day operation
