Fun workplace with fun people but salary not compatible with work given

The good thingsGood for you as fresh graduate to learn many things in here. Some of workers are good. Have canteen in here.

The challengesWhen one person resigned, you need to cover his/her works without raise your salary because they don't want to find replacement. Challenging when work with people here. Manager are not dependable as for me. They will not stand you up. Some of they are loyal to boss.

I become strong in here.

The good thingsAs fresh graduate you will learn many things. Most of the co-workers very friendly and helpful. Everyone work as a team even though they are from different department. Dont shy to ask for help.

The challengesBad-temper some of the stuff. Just be professional do not work with emotion. Leave your job in the factory. Don't carry at home.
