    Nice working environment for experience or senior level employees.
    The good thingsProfessional working environment. This is a German base company. Highly recommended for those who wanted to work for long years of service and retire. Stress free environment. Friendly bosses. Flexible work hours.

    The good thingsworking space and table was clear, all staff friendly with good relation between management and production. clean staff canteen. staff doing their own works with disturbing us and they able to when we need it.

    Stress free working environment with good team spirit, but slow progression
    The good thingsOpportunities to learn more about the tobacco producing machine is wide, very friendly and supportive colleagues with high teamwork spirit. The office environment is conducive. Perfect work/life balance even can do part time studies after work. High salary for fresh grads.
    The challengesChances to develop in career is limited since limited tasks are assigned thus the job become less challenging. Suitable to work for short term. Slow progression in obtaining work experiences. Need a well documented and standardized training program for newbies.
