    Pro and Cons Working in KoitoPositive Aspects Have subsidise lunch for employees Negative Aspects Management not adapt to local culture. Too strict on IT usage as management do not trust the employees. Most of HR staff is new and not really have experience handling HR matters especially payroll. Not suitable for those looking on flexible working culture.
