The good thingsIt's a mostly Chinese employees working environment. Their staff benefit is good such as increasing days of leave, local trip and overseas trip that includes your family members with a small fee and other standard benefit that is stated in their Employee Handbook and also in accordance to the Labour Law.
The challengesUnless you are the type of person who can survive harsh comments, this might be a workplace for you as you will be facing lots of politics issues even among colleagues and bosses. Be prepare to work long hours, travelling and even working on weekends. Most important is you need to be an all rounder in order to survive.
